Indonesian-German multitalented celebrity Cinta Laura Kiehl, better known as her stage name Cinta Laura, debuted as a singer, but most remembered as a very gifted actress who starred in many favorite television dramas such as Cinderella and Upik Abu dan Laura. Since debuting in 2007, up to now, she has almost reached the peak of her career by winning several awards, most notably, a Best Actress Award (2008) and a Indonesian Star Wannabe Award (2010). Besides acting and singing, she also works as a model, a dancer and a businesswoman. 

Cinta Laura was so athletic during school years that she became a very competitive swimmer who entered in many contests at both national and international level. The young, energetic Cinta Laura had gathered up to 10 gold medals for her swimming by the age of 12. In2006, she met with an accident which made her unable to swim for at least 3 months. During that time, she was encouraged to entered modeling and acting area. After entering an onscreen model contest, she quickly gained massive popularity and immediately won the leading role in a television series. 

Cinta Laura traveled a lot during her childhood as a result of her father ‘ s occupation as a hotelier. Therefore, she can speak English more fluently than Indonesian and German.
